No…on the phone with USC as I type lol…

They just told me Monday…ugh…

Aww I’m sorry
Good things come to those who wait.

Sucks, but 3 more days I guess isn’t going to kill you, though I was under the impression that the rest of the packages would be available today.
You are just not lucky buddy.

well ill check oasis anyhow i guess lol! Right now I’m deciding between either USC or GWU and im soo confused so I stopped the nonsense and next week im visiting both campus (nothing like breaking the bank) and making a decision from there.

Good luck! You have to keep me posted. And when are you visiting USC? I’m going April 26th for the admitted students preview day.

Anxiously waiting! Oh my! Is Monday going to be the day when the rest of the financial aid packages come out?! I hope so =)

Good luck forever! Hope the wait’s worth it :)

i got my summary online today! i didnt submit until the 31st though, 5,500 in loans and
7,500 i need to find loans for , so 13,000 a year, is this good or mediocre?

im going this thursday…April 17th!

I gotta question, are you guys/girls who haven’t received fin aid yet mostly low income? Seems that everyone who is low income had to wait for their fin aid, received a request for expenses and such, and then received a good package. Hopefully that’s how it goes…

I have not gotten my financial package yet. They emailed me to ask for some forms. Which were not on the Required list on Oasis until they emailed me. So it means that they are probably going through them right now and are finishing them up.

Im not too too low income… but my EFC was 8,000. also they never requested any additional forms?

They are probably still working on them. Don’t worry. I just wish I could get mine sooner though. Its so hard to wait.

Agreed. I actually need the estimated package for scholarships and stuff though, so that’s why I’m worried. Oh well, if I get a good package I might not even need scholarship.

zwankie congrats!! ahh I hope that form is a good sign but who knowwsss lol…I just faxed it today and I really hope they don’t keep asking for more haha

longnguyen I kinda agree with you my parents have veryyyy low income lol and I still didn’t get anything and they asked for that expense form. but I dunno if that means I’m gonna get a good package, although I definitely hope so! lol

Thanks 12layla12! I hope all of us still waiting gets our packages early next week!
It seems for most of us, it’s like the deciding factor of attending or not!

Sapphire, that’s exactly the aid that I got!

Is 7,500 difference and 5,500 in loans a good package for a FAFSA efc of about 5,600?

Our EFC is 30,000. That’s a lot…for our family!!!

Quick question! Did anyone get a request to send in “Parent Home Information”?

If so, did you give exact values or estimates? I know this was asked on the CSS Profile.
If the values are different, would it matter? (Since of the changing economy, that’s why I ask).
