<p>maybe someone should call and let them know, just in case they don't know their server is having trouble... unless it's just too many people are signing in at once, in which case they should have staggered the decisions!</p>

<p>the servers are just too overloaded because I'm pretty sure a few thousand anxious applicants are trying to get in all at once, and re-attempting everytime they don't get it</p>
