<p>It keeps saying that my password is wrong. Could somebody please help me out? I'm using the UserName (NET ID) they sent me on a piece of white paper and a passwrod.</p>

<p>The username is 9 digits long (all numbers) and the password is 7 digits long (all numbers and one letter). Am I using the right info?</p>
