<p>LAC DO have rolling admissions. However, top tier liberal arts colleges which give good aid to international students generally have deadline of Jan15. Having said that, there are few other other rolling colleges which can provide aid of up to full tutions. For now, you should work with colleges with deadlines and leave some common app space for some rolling colleges as backup( What i mean is do not apply to all 20 colleges with deadlines)</p>
