<p>Analyzing diction, in my opinion, is the easiest and can be coupled with a discussion of tone. Also juxtaposition, personification, and parallelism are all pretty easy to spot and analyze.</p>
<p>Just remember that if you analyze diction, you use an adjective in front of it, or else you will just be saying (________ uses words to…). Also, tone is a mixture of diction and syntax, so talking about tone and diction is similar to saying that you are using bananas and fruit for a smoothie.</p>
