Anyone heard from Cal Poly Pomona yet?

Ok I have talked to at least 5 other people who also applied to cal poly and also haven’t heard from them yet and they all did applied for financial aid but they don’t have the student income, houshold verification, or tax return forms on their to do list. What the heck is going on…

Check your SAR some are flagged for verification

Verification: If there is an asterisk next to your EFC, it means that your SAR has been flagged for verification. You will also be informed of having been selected for verification in the SAR Acknowledgement letter, which will be included with your SAR documents.

@fpack13 Is that a bad thing ? Im pretty sure I put accurate information…

No it is not a bad thing it is a FASFA thin. I never did find any the parameters used. Look at as just more documents to privide. I had to do it. It was easy peasy

@fpack13 how did you send your documents. Im kinda scared because my deadline was on APR 15 and i want to know the fastest way possible to give them my forms.

I mailed my transcripts, went on my school website and sent it that wat

Sent from my SPH-D700 using CC

For everyone that still hasn’t been accepted, stay positive. A friend of mine just got accepted today and he had already been accepted to cal poly slo a month ago. Since cal poly slo is harder to get into, this obviously means the people left waiting for admission are not unqualified or less competitive applicants. You all still have the same chance at being accepted as you did months ago, the school is just taking a long time.

@ CPPcivileng2016: THANK YOU!!! what’s your friend’s major?

Same here, I was accepted to Cal Poly SLO last month as an EE major, still no word from Pomona though.

My friend is a business major

Seeing how it’s almost Wednesday, I’m getting worried. My friends haven’t heard from CPP either. >__<"!

Pomona is the only CSU out of the 5 I applied to that I haven’t heard from. Considering they want you to make an admission decision by May 14, they really aren’t giving you much time.

For everybody the deposit total is 474 right?
(who has housing rent).
and i had one more question
where do i pay for enrollment confirmation deposit?
somebody help me please
thank u.(:

@Butterz you need to log into Bronco Direct, go to the Student Center link on your left, and it will tell you what to pay

I got a question. I applied for CPP and when i log into my broncodirect on the “view my application status” “table” it says application received. Then on the bottom it says on bold faded white/blue that says application complete.

Now the real question is… When I click on student center on admissions part I see that my application is complete with a green circle however I’m not admitted. I don’t have a green check next to it. Does that mean I’m not admitted yet?

^^ yup, you’re not admitted yet. Good luck to you!

i spoke with their admissions office about 2 weeks ago, they tell me they will let me know by the 15th of April… This is the only Cal state I haven’t heard from yet. Pomona is a good school for engineering, architecture, etc… but with all due respect their staff (especially in the admissions department) blows

You can blame budget cuts instead. The admission officers are working as hard as they could. Things will be done. Im just acce

I called admissions and it seemed the guy I talked to was lazy. Saying that my application is complete means that I’m admitted =.=

My iPhone messed my last post. So I’m just accepting their lag…

So if we are on application received/complete, we are gonna get accepted?
