Anyone know if Young Women's Leadership Institute at Barnard is selective?

No right or wrong answer, mostly curious at this point. I know some of these are highly selective, others not so much, and their “application” is more of a formality so long as you can write the check.

(Don’t know how selective it is though)

One clue is:

“Decisions are made on a rolling basis. You should receive a decision within 15 business days of the office receiving a completed application.”

That would suggest that they won’t have the chance to compare the entire application pool, and decision are probably based on having met the formal program requirements (such as age, HS grade, letter of recommendation), and that there is still availability.

Also, since this is not one of their Pre-Baccalaureate programs where one is expected to earn college credits, there is little reason to be selective.
