Anyone know of any schools that don't look at your freshman year grades?

My grades freshman year were not too hot.
I know of a few schools that don't look at freshman grades but I'm wondering if there are anymore.
I'm looking for a small-medium school (2000-10000 students) in the northeast with a strong science/engineering program.

Quick stats:
GPA: 3.5-3.6 uw including freshman year 3.7ish without freshman year many honors and AP classes
SAT: 650M 640CR 650W will take again
ACT: 28 highest composite, 30 "super-scored" will also take again
pretty average EC's, part time job (20-22 hours a week 30-35 hours a week during the summer), treasurer of community service club (3-4 hours a week), school choir (5 hours a week)
some other stuff, but those are the most important

Stanford used to not look at freshman grades. After switching to Commonapp, they see them but I've been told they won't look at them closely. But Stanford's not in the northeast.

University of Michigan and University of California
