Anyone applying to a school that rejected them 1 or 2 years ago? There is one school that rejected me last year (it was my first choice), that I am considering applying to as a transfer. However, I’ve realized that a school that rejected me once would probably be inclined to do so again and it is not worth it/not meant to be. What are everyone else’s thoughts?
Have you done anything different from last year or two that would make your transfer application better?
I’m reapplying to a school I got rejected from last year. However, this school does not consider your freshman application as part of their review, so they only look at your college work. I did immensely better in college than I did in high school.
So, does the school you want to transfer to take into account your high school application or your high school stats?
I am. I was waitlisted last year and then never made it off the waitlist. Im applying again this year. Hopefully God will help me out and I’ll be accepted. I don’t think you shouldn’t apply. I’m pretty sure you learned something or figured out how you could have made your essays or application as whole better. So give it another try.
I’ll be appealing my rejection from UCSD this year and possibly reapplying for 2016.
