Ya I did good on ssat and im repeating so that should be a plus. My first score was horrible..but when I met up with my interviewer (a second time), he was fine with the horrible score and said he will get it adjusted for the grade im applying to.

Turns out I improved by like 35% the next one lol. Ya I'm gunna be going in as a repeat sophomore, but labels don't really matter much. Varisty basketball, Varsity soccer/football (depending what school I go to), Track (my school doesnt have varsity/jv) but if they do then varsity lol.

64 to 98...you do the math lol seems somewhere around 35 just by looking (lazy with numbers). And no I'm not in. My grades aren't amazing, I tend to get lazy. Number def. won't get me in. I have a feeling I'll be boarder line and my interview and essays will do it for atleast ONE school lol. All I want is ONE to accept me with decent FA.

Thats why I say SSAT doesn't judge much. I didn't study much inbetween that period. I just knew pretty much every vocab word and happen to barely miss any on reading. Where as the first time I knew no vocab and somehow missed liek 5 reading ones that I can't even think of. I still bombed the math aagain....well I didn't bomb it but 10grade males see to be very good at math. Well better than me.

Yah SSATs are cheap. I am being a bit biased. I did poorly on them. 87%, OUCH!

Hey... just a question... do you think these below average scores will keep me out at HADES schools? Assuming that I meet all the qualifications and they want to accept me, what kind of impact will my scores have.

I think that they wil disadvantage me pretty significntly. I still have a shot, but these will hurt!

"disadvantage me pretty significantly" ?! i think that's ridiculous (in a kind way! .. wait, that makes no sense)

i think that once the SSATs reach 85, they're irrelevant.. middlesex's average is 86, and st. paul's is 88! so honestly, you know, your SSATs aren't awe-inspiring (cough99cough) but they're definitely good enough! to be honest, i'd be surprised if they hurt you /:

.. unless you did really well in 2 categories and didn't do very well in another. that's a completely different issue..
