<p>I can't really say what to add specifically because i don't know. but I think instead of focusing on the negative of your current school, add specific stuff about Northwestern that you look forward to--opportunities, professors, resources. I don't know, i'll shut up now.</p>

<p>focus on your negatives a little bit though but only in the context of talking about how it's different from at northwestern, i transferred here this year and felt like the college experience essay was what allowed me to get in.</p>
<p>my college experience essay was pretty negative but had positive points, and now NU would essentially be a lifesaver.</p>
