I had to jump through hoops to get this financial aid review form, so I decided to save some people the hassle. Just print this, and send it. See comments for where to send it to.

Deadline is April 19. Goodluck!

It comes with your physical financial aid letter. At least mine did, though it took a whole week from when the letter was sent, to finally getting to me. And the envelope was open…awesome. -_-

Me too, but I know some people haven’t received the letter yet. I actually have two because I called to get one before the financial aid came.

My letter was open too…

Your letter was open too? You don’t say?

My Dad was freaking out thinking someone went through our mail and stole my ever so secret admission ID. (lol?) He wanted me to ask for them to change it. Took some time to calm him down…

And sadly that was my estimated Financial Aid without my tax return. Now that I sent it in, it went down by $800… -_- about half was my lowered work study…

Thank you for posting the form.

Is that across the board? Some of us haven’t even received the offer yet.
