Anyone with info on Jones?

My D finally got off the waitlist and into a single in Jones. She’s so happy not to be a hobo anymore, and looking forward to the arts theme (she is a vocal performance major but has done a lot of theater and is also into fine arts).

Any idea how large the singles are? Is there a closet AND/OR a dresser in the room? Would she have space to fit a bean bag chair? I know some singles in Elder had private baths. I’m assuming the bathrooms in Jones are shared, but would welcome any info on this as well in case we need to bring a shower curtain etc… We live 800 miles away, so judicious packing decisions must be made.

Since she got into Jones off the waitlist, she had not applied for membership to the residential college. Folks in housing thought she could apply in September, but I’d like her to be a part of the college (if possible) from day 1. Any advice on how to proceed?

Thanks! Seems no one knows much about the singles in Jones. She has just been accepted as a member of the residential college and is looking forward to Sept 12!
