AP and extracurriculars

Hi, I'm a rising junior new to this site :)
I live in South Korea and go to an International School here (I have US citizenship).
I plan on going to college in the US .. aiming for Rice or Johns Hopkins x)
The thing is..my school doesnt offer much (no AP subjects, SAT prep, and very few sports/extracurricular activities)
Will this hurt my chances of getting into any of the above two colleges?
Also, I'm trying to find out places where I can do volunteer work but no luck.
I haven't taken the official SAT test or any other SAT subject tests yet(Junior year is going to be busy).
However, my GPA ranges from 3.9-4.1 and my PSAT score was 1890. I've been practicing though, and my highest practice test score is 2090.
Please give me advice on what I should do concerning AP/EC's.
I'm planning on signing up for AP classes online, but will that help?
Please and thank you :D

You should probably post this in AP forums. Well I think AP is needed as a supplement and only gives you credit, it doesnt affect your addmission chances, but extracurricular activities are important to get addmitted to these colleges. I guess you need to clarify to the college that the reason you dont perform many extracurricular activities is that either they are not widely available or you are not interested in the ones already available. PSAT isnt important they care only about SATS and SAT subject tests. I also tried to volunteer in my country but I failed to volunteer(loool)(nobody needed help)… I guess thats what I can help you in if I am wrong in any matter please correct me. :D:D:D
