AP books?

I am in AP Lit, AP Calc AB, AP Government, AP US History, and AP Biology and am wondering if anyone has any suggested study tools for the exam and also if anyone has any exam study books that they don't need for the exam. Also, does anyone have a list of calculator formulas for AP Calc. This would be greatly appreciated since i don't have any money to afford all of these exam preparation books. Also does anyone have a midyear exam review for AP US history and/or AP US gov?

The Kaplan review book is the best for U.S. History. If you need AP exam reviews that are free, then you could sign up for FLVS's AP exam reviews. I think they are free for out-of-state students. They have ones for all of the AP's you listed.

You won't have use of your calculator for the majority of the A.P. Calc exam. I'd recommend getting a TI-89 for the part that you do get to use it, and just because the 89 is amazing.

For AP History, I just re-read my text book and tested myself with as many practice exams as I could get my hands on. That worked pretty well for me.

It cost money for that site. They are charging 124.95 any way i can get out of paying that?

that was to jman2306

I found that outlining chapters for reading-/info-intensive courses (like AP Gov) helped far more than reviewing with a practice book. Your teacher may also have practice tests for you.

My only advice is to AVOID the Barron's book for AP Gov, as it provides very poor explanations for its answers. Kaplan is OK, except that there are a lot of mistakes in it.

Oh, sorry. I guess it isn't free to out-of-state students.

What Gov are we talking about? US or Comparative? I've only come across a really small amount of review books for Comp., and the best one, from what I've heard, is the one by Ethel Wood.
