AP Calc book

I'm in AP calc AB right now and I really need to get a five on the test! Math isn't my strongest subject but I still got an A last semester. I'm scared I'll get a four or something though. Today I almost bought the princeton review one but then saw Barron's and five steps to a five and now I'm just like ahhh! So which brand do you recommend the most? Also which offers the most bang for your buck, because keep in mind I'm paying for this not my parents and for whatever reason expanding knowledge in America is a pricey endeavor.

I am in the same place you are. I am really not good at math without a calculator because i am just really slow without one. I know what to do, I am just very slow in doing it.
And on top of that I am in Europe, where the prep-books are even more expensive then they are in america, so i am really feeling your pain.
Anyways. I have looked through Princeton, Barrons and 5 steps, and I decided on 5 steps because it seems to be given a good overview without being overly detailed but at the same time covering everything without leaving too much out. And i kind of like the less “official” look of the book, since it does look like a textbook. I also liked that they over the 3 types of students and all those typical 5 step book stuff.
And to that came that the 5 steps was the cheapest option that i could get, to bonus point for that. Not sure if the price-point is the same in america as it is in europe, though.
