AP Calc Question (It's Mostly Algebra)

Find the area of the region between the two curves:
The curve x = y ^(2/3) and the curve x = 2 - y^4

How do you solve where the equations are equal to each other because I'm getting confused with the powers and solving it. Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

Is this a “no calculator” question?

i think you have to use the calculator for this one.

Equal to each other: y=1, y=-1 (observation)

It was a no calculator question so I think it’s just one that you have to check -1, 0, and 1 for. Thanks!
