AP Chem 2002 titration FR answer?

What is the answer to part C? Also, how do you do part C? I'm rusty.

To find the volume of titrant added at the equivalence point, just use MV=MV (aka CV=CV): (Concentration of acid)(Volume of acid)=(Concentration of base)(volume of base). You can calculate it easily.

The answer to the second part is that it will be basic. Ba(OH)2 is a strong base, HOBr is a weak acid. When titrating a weak acid with strong base, pH at equiv. pt. will be basic. When titrating weak base with a strong acid, pH will be acidic. When titrating strong acid with strong base (or vice versa) pH will be neutral. Don't worry about weak/weak.
