AP CHEM: Gas Laboratory Problem. HELP PLZ?

Assume you don't know molar volume of a gas at STP is 22.4L or that R= 8.314 kPa . L/ mol.K

How would you design an experiment to determine the standard molar volume of a gas at STP??? Outline the PROCEDURE and CALCULATIONS you'd use.

You are given the following equipment:
Magnesium Metal
HCl (aq)
A balance
Graduated cylinder/gasmeasuring tube
beaker
flask
rubber tubing
ring stand
clamps
barometer
thermometer
a table telling u the vapor pressure of water.

PLEASE HELP :( thanks.

This lab is a required lab for the New York regents in Chemistry. If you can find the regents lab than you should be able to base your lab off of that.
