I'm having trouble deciding what to take Junior year ( next year). I am currently taking Honors Chemistry and I'm doing fairly well so is it advisable to take AP Chemistry next year and save Physics for Senior year or vice versa? And well it benefit me on the Chemistry subject test?

I have a similar perdicament. I’m choosing AP Physics B over AP Chemistry just because AP Chemisty at my school is like academic suicide. Plus I’d rather gain Physics credits for college than Chemistry, because College Chemistry is bearable whereas College Physics is pretty difficult.

Btw, I’m Punjabi too! No if, no butt, Just JATT:) Hahha.

Why not both?

AP Physics C? do you mean the calculus-based physics or the algebra-based physics?

Besides, AP Chemistry not really that difficult. I say AP Physics B (I could say the same for C since it covers most of the material of B but with calculus) because it’s more abstract than Chemistry. Concepts in AP Chemistry is more straightforward. However, in physics, you learn the concept, but it’s difficult to apply it.

Yo champ! Anyway, what I’m thinking is that taking two years of Chemistry will net me a high subject test score and AP test score. I’m taking Calculus BC next year so Physics C will be easier Senior year. It’s pretty logical…right?

Oh dude, I thought you were a junior already. But yes, definitely shoot for both. I think what you’ve thought up is a great plan. Most colleges (at least 1st tier) like to see two lab courses. Best of Luck mate.

Yeah you too man.
