AP CHEMISTRY- PLEASE! (about course not exam)

Help!
I’m a junior in my second quarter- AP Chem has been a disaster. (comparatively with my previous years)
I used to be the student who gets straight A’s… But, I can’t even manage to get a B+ in AP Chem.
I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. I ask questions, do my homework, read the textbook, and watch tutorial videos. But clearly I’m lacking a clear understanding because I get C+'s or B-'s on tests.
It’s come to the point where every time my teacher hands out a worksheet, I look at her face then the worksheet then cry
I need help and I need to improve, but I don’t know where the hell to start

P.S. I made a cc account because I’ve been crying my eyes out for the past hour or so :-<

♪♪ But I say: Why invite stress in?
Stop studying strife
And learn to live the unexamined life ♪♪

:stuck_out_tongue: Seriously though. You do the best you can, and if the best you can do is a C+ or a B or whatever, so be it. Your 4.0 can take a hit and still be a very good GPA. Ask your teacher what you can improve on, and try it and whatever else you can think of, but if none of that nets you the all-important A it really doesn’t matter in the long run. It’s one class.

Hahaha, I forgot that was my username-

It is just one class, but it’s THAT one class I really thought I was going to do well in. Nonetheless, I just want to convince myself that this is the lowest point I’ll be and I’ll only improve from here(so unrealistic)
But, yeah I’ll try whatever the hell I can think of (a tutor, a stack of review books, or a magic 8 ball) and I’ll try not to drown it with my tears haha(laughing on the outside, dying on the inside)
Thanks!
