Some TSAO schools do not offer AP classes, others do. Mine deliberately did not offer certain subjects, but offered others. However students at these schools regularly take AP tests each year.
Remember, there is a whole range of private (and public) schools besides the elite ones.
And some hs, including the elite preps that don’t offer “AP,” nonetheless might teach to the test.
