AP Environmental Science & AP Spanish vs. just AP Biology?

I am applying to USC's 5 Year OT Program next fall.
Should I take AP Spanish & AP Environmental Science my senior year (alongside AP English, AP Statistics and AP Government). I know AP Biology will look better, but it takes up 2 class periods at my school. So if I do take it, I need to drop AP Spanish. Or should I drop AP Government since I already have 5 history credits? (Honors World History, Criminology/International Diplomacy (1 semester each), US History, AP Microeconomics and AP European History)

So should I take AP Bio, or AP Environmental and AP Spanish, or AP Spanish and AP Bio (without any history classes senior year). The workload will be similar either way.

Thank you for any advice you can give!!

We have talked to several admissions counselors from various colleges and they all have said the same thing. AP Environmental Sciences is one of the easier classes. It’s no more impressive than an honors class.

Our D is taking four APs including Bio this year. It’s kicking her tail but every admissions counselor will know that she took the most challenging courses available.

AP Bio, Chem and Calc are classes originating from the depths of hell to inflict pain and weed out the top students from the mediocre ones.

AP Spanish and Bio will be the most challenging course load and will show you are willing to work as hard as necessary to get in.

When you get to college, you’ll find similar ones in your lower division coursework.
