I'm not very good in science but I got a 3 on this years AP environmental exam. I expected worse because I didn't finish the free response. Can you get college credit with a 3?

Some colleges do, some colleges don’t. I just quickly checked, and the University of Wisconsin (Madison) accepts a 3 on the APES test. If you have a specific college in mind, you can probably find their AP policies on their website.

Otherwise, you could go to this website: https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/college-search , find a college, click on it, go to the Applying section, click on Credit and Placement, and click on the link to the college’s policy on AP credit.

Very few will take a three on APES for credit as it’s one of the easier sciences. A decent number will give you placement w/o credit though.

Easy? I suppose it depends on the teacher. Of the APs I have taken (5), this class took most of my time.

Actually, I found a much better website to check AP credit for colleges:
[AP Credit Policy Info - Advanced Placement Program - AP Policy Search](<a href=“College Search - BigFuture | College Board”>College Search - BigFuture | College Board)

Thank You! This helps a lot.
