I found the curve on the Curves Thread. A 5 is apparently 126/160 = 78.75% So many native speakers!

YAY for all those who failed!! (which includes moi…)

■■■ ■■■ ■■■ ■■■ ■■■ ■■■. Please drop it to 100/160!!! LIKE EVERY OTHER FRIKKIN TEST THE COLLEGE BOARD OFFERS DAMNIT

yeah seriously…a 100/160 deserves more than a 3…at least 4

yay 48 hours!
so was ‘dont’ used as one of the fill ins?
if it was, i’m gonna kick myself cuz i studied that and just completley forgot about it during the fill in the blank section

Yeah, I had one ‘dont.’

Did you guys use ‘que’ a lot?

I had two ques in a row. I also had a “te rendras compte”, but I feel like I’m wrong on that.

I used “dont” once as well. I had no lequel/laquelle/etc though which really worried me.

I put “te rendras compte” as well I think.

i put te rendras compte also
i don’t know about que’s. i don’t remember any of that. i don’t know if I used dont but I never miss questions like that. the essay topic was so lame!

I enjoyed the essay. I talked about the American Revolution, the French Revolution, the movie A League of Their Own, and a personal anecdote.

I HATED the essay… it took me so long to think of something to talk about.
I just said how rules are there for a reason, and they are to be respected.
I talked about the New Mexico State Prison Riot and how there was a lack of respect for the rules, and it ended up in a disaster.
Then I talked about how sometimes it is possible for rules to be broken, like if you need to defend yourself at school “si quelqu’un te frappe ou quelque chose comme ca.” :P

So lame.

FRQ section is available on the AP French page on Collegeboard.

Here’s what I put for fill-ins:

Questions 1-5
Quand vous achetez un aliment, soyez sensible
(1 ) l’

Spoken like a true French teenager.

Since it’s on AP Central, I think I can discuss fill-ins:
- de
- pour
- le
- d’
- que
- qui
- aux
- elle
- que
- que
- ceux
- elle (or c’–I don’t remember)
- que (but I think it’s probably où)
- y
- du

Anyone else remember?

Also, the third question of the speaking asked about the “objet” you would hate to lose the most. I misread the question and talked about losing my intelligence (I was really tired and nervous by this time). Do you guys think I’ll get penalized for going off prompt or something?

This is what I remember (to the best of my ability) I put for verbs:

fait

avouer

savais

te rendras compte

obtiennes

s’est

I put:

Quand vous achetez un aliment, soyez sensible
(1 ) l’

i got

de

pour
