AP GOV: Is lobbying or litigation more effective for interest groups?

What is a more effective strategy? I thought it was litigation (Brown v Board) but some people say it’s litigation and one test said litigation as well.

Thanks in advance!

I would say lobbying is more effective and common. Lobbying is the way interest groups get contact with legislators. Litigation means to bring a suit, it is less common and therefore less effective way to get their way across.

However, interest groups could “lobby” the court by submitting an amicus curiae brief:) hope that helps

Thank you so much for replying! It helped confirm my thoughts before the AP test
