AP Italian Question

Hey, is there anyone here that has taken the AP Italian test before? I moved back to America a few years ago from Italy, where I lived for 5 years and I would say I'm fluent in the language and everything. But my city doesn't offer the class itself, so I was wondering if, with being fluent in the language, whether I would be prepared for the test - or if there's additional knowledge I would need to get a 5 on it? Thanks.
