Does anyone have the curve for ap psych??

What do you need for a 4 or 5?

this is gonna sound really stupid but how do you start a new thread? i wanna make a general ap psyche one

i see you figured it out, seashell =P

4 is about 85/150, 5 is around 95/150... i think

I'm thinking that a 5 is more like 105 or something, but it's really not too bad.

is it just me, or do you not even have to past most AP exams to get a 5?

Well, they are difficult.

psych was easy. i am worried about chemistry. one FRQ OWNED me, and one got the better of me.

Diddo, biomaster!:(

last year's psych curve is pretty harsh, compared to the other ones that i found in barrons etc. here's the curve...

2004 AP Psychology
103 - 150 -> 5
84 - 102 - 4
65 - 83 -> 3

How is it graded? Your MC SCORE out of 100 minus the .25 you got wrong to get you mc weighted score. This isnt multiplied right? But arent the essays each out of 10 pts each? so does than mean you multiply your essay total by x 2.5 to get your essay weighted score?

What the essays are originally out of changes from year to year, depending on the number of parts to the question. But yes, whatever this number is multiplied to get 25, adding up to 150. However, Psych has a tendency to get a few MC thrown out, so it will add up to less than 150.

Wish they'd throw some of the essay questions out. Don't they only discard them if some people complain?

i'm upping an old thread, but where did you guys find the psych scoring scales?
