"would that be junior standing? allready a college degree?"

Nope. Almost all of the AP exams are first-year material, and not all of them can be counted. For example, an engineering major may only need one year of history, so of AP USH AND AP Euro, only one may be counted. Others don't count as a full year: AP Calc AB, AP Comp Sci A. Some simply can't transfer over to certain schools, especially the top schools.

"10 APs x 80 dollars =800 dollars! waste of money!!!"

My school charges 90 dollars because we have to get buses to drive us to a local church. Apparently the testing conditions in our school (with students passing through the hallways and bells ringing and all) weren't satisfactory.

"Others don't count as a full year"

Most colleges don't even accept Environmental Science! It's not fair!

How can you take the test if you decide the day before. At my school you had to sign up and pay months in advance (well March/April), and my friend missed the deadline for the gov test by a day so she couldn't take it. I don't understand. And there is nothing wrong with a 4.

I'm guessing the school might automatically order as many tests as there are students in the class, and you opt later whether or not to take it.

Or, he waited until the last day to decide to take the exam seriously (i.e., not ditch or bubble C's down the middle)

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG
Human Geography: 5
I literally just went dancing and screaming around the house.
I sent my teacher an e-mail with the subject line: "I love you!" haha

Has anyone ever contacted collegeboard regarding their scores not being accurate? I am sort of unsure about my scores (APES, AP ENG LIT) as they seem very low. I though I'd nailed both tests. Anyway, I know that you can have the MC hand-graded, but what about the FRQs? Has anyone ever done this? Has anyone ever gotten a score changed? I know to have a MC rescored it costs $25- each exam, so I am uncertain as to what I should do.Thanks

Are those two the only exams you took? If so, did you use the same type of pencil/eraser for both? I think that if you thought you aced it (and did very well on practice tests), it is possible that your pencil wasn't dark enough for the machine to pick up, or maybe your erasing wasn't clear enough. But we're talking about a BIG difference here. Like, if you expected a 5 but got a 2. If you got a 4 but wanted a 5, risking the $25 isn't worth it (I believe that CB will refund your $25 if your score does end up being changed).

I doubt that there was an error in the grading of your FRQ (besides the subjectivity of the readers), but there is no way to get it rescored anyway.
