The Common Application asks you to provide your SAT, ACT, TOEFL, AP, IB scores; please list here the scores for any additional testing (e.g. AHSME, AIME, Waterloo, etc.) you have undertaken.

So does that mean I can fill in my AP test scores there?

I think it means fill in the scores for tests not listed on the common app. Fill in your AP scores on the common app itself, and if you run out of space there, I’d put it in the additional info.

No - this is for “additional testing” scores. Use the space provided in the scores area of the common application to list your scores; if you need more space, don’t list your SAT Subject test scores in this area, as they will be sent through the collegeboard anyway.
