I heard APUSH is a LOT easier than World because World is too broad and there was a lot of cramming to do… and I heard that APUSH is easier to get a 5. But it really depends on whether or not you can actually engage into the topic because you have to know more specifically cuz its a less broader than World…
I’m going to use AMSCO because I heard a lot of good things about it, along with a Kaplan or Princeton to help me. I might also take an online course along with it if it gets hard
Good Luck everybody!
U.S. Is actually considered to be harder than World by most for that reason (it lacks the broadness of World, and it requires more specific answers). Generally the hard part about world is that it’s usually people’s first AP. If you excelled in World, it’s easy to stay in that mindset for US, so for some it feels easier.
can someone please help me with my dbq? im struggling a lot and i really need a good grade on this.
@airfire1928 this isn’t a homework help site.
@Katecat27 what are your recommendations for studying, especially if your teacher isn’t bad but isn’t amazing either ( in terms of ap exam studying. Also, what helped you the most for the SAT subject test. I ordered a barrons book for that and plan to do atleast 1 practice test… what did you do and what do you think is sufficient?
@DisneyAlways
My teacher was fantastic, so I may not be much help. Persoanally, I’d reccomend finding someone to study with so that you can drill each other. It’s a lot of facts that you have to know, so being able to answer questions quickly verbally helps me a lot to make sure I know all of the names. I didn’t order a seperate prep book for the SAT II, I just used my class notes. For the SAT II I would suggest focusing on court cases because there were tons of questions on those while not studying wars (as far as battles, there are plenty of questions on cause/impact of course) as much.
@ZealousStudent Can you send me the pdf of AMSCO U.S. History 2015 because I’m having troubling finding it and I really need it as soon as possible. thanks!
@ZealousStudent Do you want to help me or not? because I need to search for it elsewhere if you are not interested. Thanks!
