<p>I was planning on coming to Cornell and signed a one year lease which begins July 3rd. However, my plans have changed and I am no longer moving to Ithaca. Ideally, Iwould like to find someone prior to July to take over the lease. The lease would be in your name and we would not be involved. If we cannot find someone prior to July, we may consider a sublet for the year. Rent is $1150 plus utilities. Security is one months rent. First months rent is due the day you move in. It is a second floor apartment and has a deck overlooking the lake. They have no other 2 bedroom apartments opening at this time.</p>
