<p>My S and his roommate currently are looking at apartments. They lived on campus the first two years and will be living off campus for their final two years. Both are Engineering majors. They are looking for an apartment that will serve them until graduation in May 2015. The two finalist are Smith's Landing and the Reserve at Knollwood. They would be leasing a 2 BR, 2 BA unit. The Reserve currently is under construction and will be available this summer; however, the leasing company has a 30-year history. Has anyone had any experience with either? Do you recommend one or both? Thank you.</p>
