<p>If you apply online, I believe it's $60. I'm not sure where you send the money. I'm just sending it with my application by mail, in a separate white envelope.</p>

<p>Probably. If there's a credit card option, then that would obviously be applicable only to internet payment.</p>

<p>after sending the application online, they should e-mail you with instructions on how to pay online once they have confirmed receiving your application. 5-7 days I believe after submittal. If you did it on paper then you just have to mail it I think.</p>
