appearance bias in interviews

oo I WANT IT!

i want it!!.. don't leave me out.. where did you get it?

St. Paul's said it was just their policy to have a phone interview with an adcom instead of a personal one with an alum. Groton is doing the same thing. I'm all right with that, because people seem to think it's better to have an interview with an adcom.

I know those sheets :), they have them at all the schools. It's what you would think; they ask you where your parents live and what they do (they never have enough space for me do that part :D), and then about your currant school and classes, and your outside interests.

No, it's a different sheet typed up by my school to help us with the interviews. It was really good.

Can I get it to you in about a day, Blair and Msu?

yeah.. that would be great.

yes please, i have my interview very, VERY soon.

May I have it as well, olivia? Thank you.

could you send me one too? thanks :)

me too please.
thank you.

p.s. how do u guys use the smiley faces?
lol

: ) without the space inbetween them

:)

did it work?

Yes. If you want to see the rest of the smiles, go the the FAQ and where it says "How can I use the smilies", and it will give a link to a page that shows the codes for all of the smiles.

k thanks =)
