Apple as Transfer to Olin or University College?

Hi,

I will be applying to this Fall as a transfer student to Wash U. I will be applying to either Olin or University College as a transfer. Would it be easier to be accepted in to University College then transfer internally to Olin after 1-2 semesters? Or, should I apply directly to Olin?

Lastly, would I be applying directly to Olin or to Wash U?
