Applicants of 2010

totally and when I AM into something, I’m totally and utterly intensly obsessed with it :). Although i’ve been a Harry Potter addict since the age of four and almost a decade later it’s still strong.

Me too!
I am in love with Harry Potter!
And what gets me upsets sometimes is when the little Twilight fans are like “Twilight’s so much better, I don’t know why their making more Harry Potter movies. It sucks”
Stupid Twilight XP

hehe. I think there was some good ideas IN twilight but the writing just doesn’t compare to HP and reading Breaking Dawn scarred me :stuck_out_tongue: 'twas just a horrific piece of literature.

On my bus there was a 6th grade girl harping on about how Edward Cullen would have chosen her as his lover and how much he adored her. I said “have you even got your period yet?” horrified look "because I know Edward Cullen is borderline pedophilic but I don’t think even he would sink that low. That shut her up. Before you think I’m super mean she’d been harping on like that non-stop, twice a day, every day for more than a month. I was at my wits end!

Luna Lovegood is my favourite HP character and yours?

haha,
Twilight was ok, but it cannot compare to Harry Potter

As for my favorite character idk, I love all of them
but maybe Neville Longbottom(hes cute, but then again everyone in the series is) :D

Twilight was OK, i had a short twilight phase. Twilight fangirls scare me.

Neville is awesome, he married Hannah Abbot who owns The Leaky Cauldron which is rather cool.

Twilight fans also scare me…I feel like if i say something bad about it, they’ll get their army and go after me :p

It was weird because I used to really like Twilight and I read it when it first came out so when ever i would carry the books with me around school people would ask me if i was carrying the bible around since i take the covers out of the hardcover books…anyway…those same people who made fun of me for it …like 2 years later started doing the exact same thing and were all like “Omg, Twilight is uber fantastic! don’t you just love the romance and strong bond between Edward And Bella”
blah blah blah

hahah that was a really long run on sentence :)

I know! I was into twilight before Breaking dawn was released and the more Harrypotterish nerdy crowd got into it and now all these people who I’ve never seen read before are trying to preach the wonders of reading to me:) its annoying but kind of amusing too

yeah, and what’s worse is that at lunch there’s an entire lunch table filled with them and they just go on about the book and how hot Jacob is…I mean come on…and there soo loud!its aggravatingXP

and they all scream ‘Bite Me’ which is irritating do they really want to endure unbelievable pain, most probably kill people, mabye lose your soul and be the living dead for eternity? I mean IVe been through the Vampire stage but I don’t think they think stuff through.

I haven’t seen/read twilight, but I know I love harry potter!

Don’t see it Paula!
it’s better to read it…

Yay!
Go harry Potter fans!

Harry Potter is awesome.

Go Ravenclaw!

hey is that why your username is blueraven1?

Go Gryffindor!

To Paula: Partially. I love ravenclaw and ravens and the color blue and its just a username ive used before. Plus it doesnt give anything away about who i am

Gryffindors just get themselves killed

I saw a quote somewhere that said
“In war, Hufflepuffs are the healers, Gryffindors the commonwarriors,Ravenclaws the lieutenants/officers (sp?) and Slytherins the politicians that sent them there”

Id want to be the lietenant myself. I probably butchered the quote Im doing it from memory.

Hmmmm…interesting…so Gryffindor would die first…:(

Gryffindor is my 2nd favourite house. Slytherin can be cool if you get passed malfoy. Im definitley not A hufflepuff, Im loyal but Im definitley not inn the hardworking category.

Slytherin’s my second favorite then Ravenclaw, then Hufflepuff…but i shouldn’t really count Hufflepuff, since I don’t really know much about it

I don’t like twilight though I used to read it, but I know I definitely don’t like Harry Potter. Those books are just bad. It’s amazing how you guys are just going on about it for 2 pages in a thread that is not even about that. The best books are Angles and Demons and the Lost Symbol.

EWWWW!!!
URBANFLOP!
HOW COULD YOU NOT LOVE HARRY POTTER!
AND the whole purpose of this thread is to discuss stuff with the other applicants…not everything is about academics :P
