Application Deadline

<p>First, I know the deadline is Jan 15, does this mean that the deadline is EXACTLY
Jan 15 11:59pm?(before the 16th)
or is it
Jan 14, 11:59pm?(before the 15th)</p>

<p>And, just some things about sending in transcripts and such, what are the such?</p>

<p>I am sending:
-Transcript
-Copy of Green Card</p>

<p>Anything I'm missing?</p>

<p>And can I send these things via mail, and submit my Online Application like later, but still b4 the deadline?</p>
