I am pretty sure when my son did his application he must have hit an “apply for wavier” button or something along those lines and during the process because it did not prompt him for an application payment. Our neighbor who also applied said they were prompted to pay at the end of the application. In his “incomplete” box it says “application fee” and “application wavier” which are both empty. With that said I can’t figure out how to pay the darn fee. (We would never qualify for the wavier)
