<p>I've been looking all over the CA website and I can't find where we're supposed to pay for application fees. Do you have to submit your application before being able to pay? I thought it was the opposite.</p>
<p>Once you click “Preview and Submit”, see the PDF version of all the info you put in and click continue, you should be prompted to a payment screen to pay with your preferred method.</p>
