Application File Complete

<p>I was informed in October that my application file was complete. However, for some reason, I received the following today. Did anyone else receive it? Thanks:</p>

<p>Decision notification will be sent via US Mail only at the end of March. </p>

<p>I would call the admissions office. This looks like an email you would get if you were deferred, but you would have had to get a letter from them saying that.</p>
