I was looking at Georgetown's website and I wanted to read their application forms to get an idea of what essays they want and what the forms looked like. Unfortunately, the website said that the forms would not be available until Fall. Would it be possible for someone who applied to Georgetown this year to PM me the forms so that I know what to expect this fall?
Thanks!!! =)

Well, the rest of the form is pretty standard, nothing surprising - if you can complete the Common App, you can complete the Georgetown app. The only thing I found kind of unique is that there’s a box where you can write in your special talents/abilities and some people have claimed to put some pretty wacky stuff in there.

As for the essay prompts:

Essay One
ALL APPLICANTS : The Admissions Committee would like to know more about you in your own words. Please submit a brief essay,
either personal or creative, which you feel best describes you.

Essay Two

APPLICANTS TO GEORGETOWN COLLEGE : Please relate your interest in studying at Georgetown University to your goals. How do these thoughts relate to your chosen course of study? (If you are applying to major in the FLL or in a Science, please specifically address those interests.)

APPLICANTS TO THE SCHOOL OF NURSING & HEALTH STUDIES : Describe how your experiences or ideas shaped your decision to pursue a health profession and how these experiences or ideas may aid your future contribution to the field.

APPLICANTS TO THE WALSH SCHOOL OF FOREIGN SERVICE : Briefly discuss a current global issue, indicating why you consider it important and what you suggest should be done to deal with it.

APPLICANTS TO THE MCDONOUGH SCHOOL OF BUSINESS : Briefly describe the factors that have influenced your interest in studying business.

Essay One is probably the most vague college admission prompt in the whole world, so good luck there. The school-specific essays are much clearer and have a specific goal in mind.

Thanks for your help
