Application help - too much for Harvard ?!

<p>I’m an international student and I’m trying to apply to Harvard. However, there is a problem with my documents and I’ve been trying to contact Harvard about it, via their e-mail form. Unfortunately, all I get are these completely useless and off-topic automated replies.</p>

<p>I understand that the volume of e-mail Harvard receives is immense, but could anyone instruct me on how to actually get a real answer to my question ?</p>

<p>Unfortunately, I can't do that. First of all, an international conversation would cost me quite a lot, and right now I don't have much money to spare. Additionally, given my country's 'state of the art' telephone system, the quality of the transmission would most likely be awful.</p>
