<p>Yes, I have. Though, it took about three weeks for me to get it. They send it by email. Right after you send in part one or part two, you should get an email acknowledging receipt of your application, but the ID you have to wait for.</p>
<p>Wow...I got it like two days after I finished Part II online.</p>
<p>i never got it so i had to call and get it.</p>
