<p>If you are applying with the common app then yes you do need a supplement. It should be on the admissions web page. </p>

<p>I think if you do the princetonapp it's embedded in there.</p>
<p>with the princeton app it's rolled in. I looked at both for applying and found that all the questions and essays on the commonapp supp were buried within the princeton app.</p>
<p>I did the common app just because it takes care of all the formality stuff one time, and it's easier for me to keep track of since all my other schools are commonapp.</p>
