i hate my life right now, I could’ve finished that last paragraph last night. What the hell.

I am in the same boat as most of the rest of you. I have everything up and could have submitted a day ago, but waited tonight to add corrections. I am fairly positive they will extend the deadline by two to four days.

I’m basically in the same situation. I could have submitted last night or this morning. And I feel even worse because my mom kept telling me I should always turn things in early, just in case something like this happened. But I wanted to wait, so everything could be perfect.

Here’s a little info from QuestBridge’s new Twitter account. They seemed to create it because of this issue: [Thomas R Winsley (questbridgemod) on Twitter](http://twitter.com/questbridgemod)

One thing I found slightly interesting, regarding the downtime:
“It was a selective test. We were separating the college-ready students from the high school procrastinators.”

Dunno how true that is. If it is, it’s just plain cruel

Update:

"Due to the high volume of traffic on our application servers, we’ve extended the deadline for the National College Match application to 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, October 1. This new deadline also applies to recommendations and other materials such as transcripts and test scores.

We apologize for any difficultie…s you have experienced. Thank you for your patience."

Taken from QuestBridge’s Facebook page. Best of luck to all!

That twitter account also stated that “We are not going to accept students like you” to someone. I doubt the thing is official guys, but let this be a lesson to the people who wait. Take it as a positive experience.

thank the lord…omg i just submitted my application I can’t believe it thank goodness

“It was a selective test. We were separating the college-ready students from the high school procrastinators.”

again, another statement full of ****. How do you know that the kids who turn them in on the 30th were procrastinating??

It’s already been stated in the other thread that the twitter account saying all these things is fake. I don’t know why someone would have fun torturing people and giving them false information. He’s even told people that the third essay is optional(which it isn’t). Don’t believe anything he says.

Is everyone still getting the “cannot display page” when you try to get into your applications?

Yeah, I’m still having problems. I can log in,sometimes, but whenever I try to click on “My Locker” it says a “non-recoverable” error has occured.
