Application portal not working

I got my separate email link to the portal and it says in the email to enter in my pin but there is no place to do so.
I tried putting in my email and the pin as the password; didn’t work.
I tried changing my password; my account doesn’t exist with the email and exact same birthdate that I put into my CommonApp.

I emailed the admissions office and they haven’t responded.
Anyone else have this problem?
