Does it mean that they opened my application on that date, or they have my SRAR info and materials up to that date? I’m concerned because I submitted my mid year grades on April 17 but the date hasn’t changed from April 14.
That date is the last date your file was changed/updated. If it is showing April 14 and you have sent documents on April 17, that means that they haven’t added the new documents yet to the system. For grades and transcripts, it may take one-two weeks for them to go over and add to the system.
