On the Georgetown application, there is no place to put awards or extra extracurriculars outside of my top 6. Should I attach a resume, or am I just missing something?

That's all they allow you to place on the actual application. Whether you should send an additional resume is up to you. Decide if there is something they absolutely need to know that doesn't fit on the application.

There is just so little you can actually put in those "Position Held or Awards" boxes. I can't even fit the names of some of the things!

Tell me about it. With that said, it won't boost or diminish your chances to just fill in the little boxes. They really want to see if you are involved in the first place, not whether you can handle 12 different clubs or something of the sort.

Oh, I'm not really trying to say "Hey! Look at me! I can do everything!" I've got a strong core of extracurriculars. I just feel like its tough to really "show" that you're involved by just writing in how long you were involved. I think I'll include a short resume just to explain my envolvement.
