I think you over analyse that letter. My guess is that it's the standard e-mail they send to everyone whose app is complete and they say April because the big majority of people will find out then. They couldn't tell you that you'll find out earlier because it would mean they're telling you your decision right away.</p>

<p>I dont know why this is happening to me a lot this year. Basically most of the schools I applied and sent my docs to did not get them even though I had everything posted on the same day. My two teacher's rec got lost somehow.</p>

<p>i did mine by paper and got it a few days ago. Might as well call if u have a SSN. If u r an international it might be a little hard to track without any official record keeping numbers like SSN.</p>
